The Chesterton boys golf team traveled to Round Barn Golf Course with a split squad on Saturday to compete in the Rochester Invite. The team tied for sixth place out of sixteen teams. The big story of the day was junior Jake Bobin. Jake shot an even par 72 to win medalist honors of the tournament. Jake finished the day with three birdies, twelve pars, and three bogies. Also competing on the day were three freshmen. Miles Mulcahy finished with a strong 87. Massimo Popa shot a 93. And Dylan Duffy came in with a 96.
