Flight order: 30”-33”-30”-33” 7:15pm 4 x 800 relay: one race, box alley seeded, four teams per box 7:35pm Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400) two races, give estimated seed time. 7:45pm 3200 meter run: two entries per team, both runners from each team’s times combined for relay score. (EX: Mishawaka’s #1 runner times 12:00, runner #2 times 13:05 = total team time scored 25:05) 8:00pm 4 x 100 meter relay: two races, seeded, faster seeds in 2nd race 8:10pm 300 meter hurdles: ONE entry per school, seeded, faster in 2nd race 8:20pm 4 x 200 meter relay: two races, seeded, faster seeds in 2nd race. Runners #1 & 2 in lanes, #3 cuts in after exchange, California exchange between #3-4. 8:30pm 4000M Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600): one race, not seeded. 8:50pm 4 x 400 meter relay: two races, seeded, faster seeds in 2nd race
