Defending Their Title 🏆🔥 The Chesterton High School Athletics boys track & field team successfully defended its sectional championship from last season with another outstanding IHSAA Sectional title Thursday night. This senior class has now won 3 of the last 4 sectional championships! The Trojans totaled an impressive 207.75 team points behind a dominant all-around performance that included multiple sectional champions and relay victories: 🥇 Weston Moore – 100m Champion 🥇 Devin Throw – 200m Champion 🥇 Zarek Sierazy – 800m Champion 🥇 Spencer Martin – 1600m Champion 🥇 Ryan Nix – 3200m Champion 🥇 4x100 Relay Champions – Weston Moore, Louis Raffin, Cal Wisniewski & Nathan Vaughan 🥇 4x400 Relay Champions – Nathan Vaughan, Cal Wisniewski, Ben Phillips & Louis Raffin 🥇 4x800 Relay Champions – Spencer Martin, William Morgan, Zarek Sierazy & Ray Hundt 🥇 Bryan Huseman – Pole Vault Champion 🥇 Nathan Vaughan – Long Jump Champion Chesterton also added numerous podium finishes throughout the meet to secure another sectional crown.
