🎾 Boys Tennis Sectional Draw Announced The IHSAA has announced the pairings for the 2026 Boys Tennis State Tournament, and the Chesterton Trojans will compete in the Class 3A Sectional at Valparaiso. The four-team sectional features Chesterton, Portage, Valparaiso and Wheeler. Chesterton will open sectional play against Portage. Boys Tennis Sectional – Valparaiso Match 1: Chesterton vs. Portage Match 2: Valparaiso vs. Wheeler Championship: Match 1 Winner vs. Match 2 Winner Sectional competition is scheduled for September 29–October 3, with the Trojans scheduled to play Portage on Tuesday, September 29, at 4:45 p.m. at Valparaiso. The sectional championship is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, at 4:45 p.m. The Trojans enter the tournament as the defending sectional champions and will look to make another postseason run. The sectional champion will advance to the IHSAA Regional at LaPorte, followed by the semi-state round.
