Cross Country (Girls V) Scores

The Lady Trojans cross country team delivered one of their most thrilling performances of the season at the DAC Championships, earning third place overall after tying with Portage and winning the tiebreaker thanks to Lauren Kroft who was our sixth runner. Aubrey Bamber led the way for the team with a 15th place finish in a time of 19:58. Hannah Haring ran in her first DAC meet of her 1st high school cross country season and finished in 16th place with a time of 19:59. Our other top performances included: Paige Clancy - 22nd in 20:24 Allison Van Kley - 23rd in 20:33 Natascha Lepinasse - 24th in 20:36 - PR Lauren Kroft - 28th in 20:46 Natalie White - 31st in 20:58 The excitement didn’t stop there. In the JV race, Natalie Williams made history by becoming the Lady Trojans’ first individual JV champion since 2021 finishing in a time of 20:45 which is a personal record. Her commanding run led the way for another strong showing from the JV squad, showcasing the depth and promise of the program’s future. We will be back in action on Saturday 10/18 where we will be competing in the Chesterton Sectional. We will be competing for a Top 5 team finish to advance to the New Prairie Regional. A special congratulations to the Chesterton Boys Cross Country team for WINNING the DAC Team title and Ryan Nix for his Individual DAC title!!! GO TROJANS!!!
