🎾 **Congratulations Coach Tom Bour – 2026 District 1 Coach of the Year!** 🎾 Chesterton High School proudly congratulates **Girls Tennis Coach Tom Bour** on being selected as the **2026 District 1 Coach of the Year!** This honor recognizes Coach Bour’s outstanding leadership, commitment to student-athletes, and another exceptional season for Chesterton Girls Tennis. During the 2026 season, the Trojans captured both the **Duneland Athletic Conference (DAC) Championship** and the **IHSAA Sectional Championship** before advancing to the **IHSAA Regional Championship**. With this season’s conference title, Chesterton Girls Tennis has now won **3 of the last 4 DAC Championships**, while continuing an incredible run of **six consecutive IHSAA Sectional Championships**. As part of this recognition, Coach Bour has also been invited to serve as a coach at the **2027 North–South All-Star Event**, which will take place on **Sunday, June 13, 2027**, following the Individual State Finals.
