⚽ Boys Soccer Sectional Draw Announced The IHSAA has announced the pairings for the 2026 Boys Soccer State Tournament, and the Class 3A Sectional 2 will be hosted by Portage. The seven-team sectional features Chesterton, Crown Point, Hobart, Kankakee Valley, Lowell, Portage and Valparaiso. The Trojans will open sectional play against Hobart. Class 3A Sectional 2 – Portage Match 1: Valparaiso vs. Crown Point Match 2: Lowell vs. Portage Match 3: Hobart vs. Chesterton Match 4: Kankakee Valley vs. Match 1 Winner Match 5: Match 2 Winner vs. Match 3 Winner Championship: Match 4 Winner vs. Match 5 Winner Sectional competition will take place October 6–10, with the championship advancing to the regional round. Admission is $8 per session or $20 for all sessions, with tickets available digitally through Eventlink. The Trojans will begin their postseason run against Hobart, with the winner advancing to face the winner of Lowell vs. Portage.
