🏊‍♂️ Congratulations to Bill Bass – CHS Hall of Fame Inductee! 🏅 A legendary force in the pool, Bill Bass made waves at Chesterton High School, setting multiple school records and leading his team to state dominance. 🔥 School Records Set In: 200 Free 500 Free 200 Free Relay 400 Free Relay 🏆 6-Time State Champion (individual and relay combined) 🏆 Helped CHS win back-to-back team state titles in 2008 and 2009 🎓 At the University of Notre Dame, Bill continued to shine: ⭐ Named Outstanding Swimmer at the 2012 Big East Championships 🥇 Won the 200 IM and 100 Fly, plus silver in three relays 🏊‍♂️ Third swimmer in ND history to qualify for NCAA Championships 🇺🇸 All-American in the 800 Free Relay in 2013 Bill’s drive, talent, and leadership have left a lasting legacy in CHS athletics and beyond.
